E-commerce Store Manager – $20 Weekly + 15% Profit Commission

Payment: $20 fixed weekly payment plus 15% commission on net profit from every completed order, after deducting product costs, shipping, advertising, payment processing fees, refunds and other agreed expenses.

Responsibilities:

- Fix technical issues, errors and website problems
- Manage Elementor, WoodMart, plugins and integrations
- Improve website speed, security and performance
- Manage checkout, payments and shipping
- Research profitable and trending products
- Add and optimize product listings, pricing and images
- Manage SEO and increase organic traffic
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social media
- Create content and manage advertising campaigns
- Develop strategies to increase traffic and sales
- Monitor performance and identify growth opportunities

I'm looking for someone reliable, proactive and business-minded who can independently manage the store with minimal supervision.
