US Logistics Expansion Partner

I’m ready to scale my US-focused warehousing and logistics service and need a hands-on business development partner based in China—though experienced professionals from Vietnam, India, or nearby markets are welcome too.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Market research & entry strategy: deliver a data-driven assessment of demand, competitors, regulatory hurdles, typical cost structures, and a step-by-step go-to-market plan.
• Partnerships with local logistics companies: identify, vet, and secure agreements with 3PLs, trucking firms, and last-mile providers that can integrate smoothly with our US facilities and WMS / TMS stack.
• Warehouse or office setup: scout real estate, negotiate terms, coordinate legal filings, and outline staffing, equipment, and compliance requirements so we can activate a fully operational site ready for e-commerce, manufacturing, and retail shipments.

You’ll be my point person on the ground, providing weekly progress updates, clear risk assessments, and actionable next steps. If you already work with tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Salesforce, or similar CRMs to present findings and track outreach, that’s a plus.
