Recreate P2P2 Website Front & Back

I need a full-stack replica of [login to view URL] that works and feels exactly like the original. The most critical piece is a secure, database-driven user registration and login system: new users must be able to sign up, confirm their email, log in, reset passwords, and manage a simple profile without hiccups.

Everything visible on the current site—including layout, styling, animations, and responsive behaviour—should be reproduced pixel-for-pixel so visitors will not notice any difference. Behind the scenes, the code needs to be clean, well-structured, and easy for me to maintain or extend later. I have no fixed preference on the tech stack, so feel free to propose what you are most efficient with (e.g. React + Node.js, Vue + Laravel, ASP.NET, or Django), as long as performance, security, and future scalability are taken into account.
