Live Stream Shopping App Build

I’m looking for a developer who can take my idea of a “TikTok-style” live-commerce experience and turn it into fully functioning iOS and Android apps. The core flow is simple: creators go live, showcase products in real time, viewers interact through an in-stream chat, tap on a spotlighted item for instant details, check out right there in the app, and I earn a commission on every completed sale.

Key expectations
• One code-base, two releases – the same smooth experience on both iPhone and Android phones.
• Reliable, low-latency live video with built-in chat that stays perfectly synced to the stream.
• A product spotlight tray that a host can update on the fly so viewers can browse specs, images, and price without leaving the video.
• Secure, in-app payment flow. I need all transactions to be processed inside the platform so we can track sales and trigger our commission automatically. (You’re free to suggest suitable gateways or wallets; what matters is PCI-compliant card processing with future support for multiple methods.)
• A lightweight seller dashboard where hosts schedule streams, manage inventory links, view orders, and track their payout balance.
• My own admin panel to approve sellers, adjust commission rates, view analytics, and handle disputes.

Deliverables
1. Native iOS and Android apps, ready for App Store & Google Play submission
2. Backend services (video streaming, authentication, payments, product catalog, chat) with documented APIs
3. Admin & seller web dashboards
4. Clean, well-commented source code, handed over in Git
5. A short hand-off session walking me through deployment and basic maintenance

Acceptance criteria
• Seamless purchase flow from tap-to-pay in under 10 seconds during a live stream
• Video delay under two seconds on 4G and Wi-Fi
• At least 1,000 concurrent viewers per stream in initial tests
• Successful submission to both app stores without compliance issues
