Minimum 10 Years of Sales Management Experience Required
Master Craft International is seeking an exceptional, highly experienced remote Sales Manager and Sales Trainer to recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team of in-home Design Consultants specializing in kitchen cabinetry and residential remodeling throughout Southern California.
We need a proven home improvement sales leader, not a general business coach or motivational speaker. The right candidate has personally managed successful in-home sales teams and knows how to teach effective, ethical one-call closing.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 10 years of successful sales management experience in home improvement or residential remodeling.
• Extensive, hands-on experience with one-call close techniques and high-ticket in-home presentations.
• Track record recruiting, training, motivating and managing sales teams, including commission-based representatives.
• Ability to develop sales training programs, presentations, scripts, role-playing exercises and coaching methods.
• Expertise in qualification, objection handling, value presentation, pricing, closing and performance accountability.
• Strong remote training skills using Zoom or comparable tools.
• Experience in kitchens/cabinets, windows, doors, roofing, bathrooms or related remodeling categories preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and deliver Master Craft International's comprehensive in-home sales training program.
• Teach effective product presentations, customer discovery, rapport, credibility, objection handling and one-call close strategies.
• Develop training manuals, scripts, closing frameworks and measurable sales standards.
• Conduct remote group training, individual coaching, role-play sessions and presentation reviews.
• Help recruit and assess experienced home improvement Design Consultants.
• Work with company leadership to improve appointment-to-sale conversion and sales-team performance.
• Promote professional, transparent selling practices compliant with applicable consumer-protection laws.

POSITION DETAILS
Location: Remote; United States preferred
Engagement: Freelance / independent contractor
Schedule: Flexible, with scheduled training and leadership meetings
Compensation: Negotiable based on experience and scope
