** ABOUT MGM BARTENDING**

MGM Bartending, LLC is a woman-owned, LGBTQ-owned, federally certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) specializing in professional bartending, hospitality staffing, event management, and large-scale event production.

With approximately 400 event professionals in our network and more than 1,000 events completed, we're continuing to grow!

** WHAT YOU'LL DO**

Respond to incoming client leads that are **already generated for you**. No cold calling or prospecting!

Follow up with prospective clients and help move bookings forward.

Assist with scheduling, client communication, and basic administrative tasks.

Track outstanding inquiries and client conversations.

Identify opportunities to offer clients additional services.

** HOW THE SCHEDULE WORKS**

This is NOT a traditional 9-to-5 position.

Leads arrive throughout the day, and **responding to an inquiry generally takes just a minute or two.** The most important part of this position is being available to respond promptly as inquiries come in.

** SATURDAY AVAILABILITY IS ESSENTIAL!**

Saturdays are our busiest event days, and I'm frequently on-site managing events. I need someone who can reliably monitor and respond to incoming inquiries while I'm working.

**This position is not a good fit for someone who already works weekends in the service industry or has other regular Saturday work commitments.**

You don't need to sit at a desk all Saturday, but you do need the flexibility to check inquiries and respond promptly throughout the day.

Other weekday and evening availability is also important.

** PHONE VS. COMPUTER**

Many of the quick responses can be handled directly from your smartphone. However, working from a computer is significantly easier, and some responsibilities require one.

Reliable access to both is necessary.

** COMPENSATION & ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES**

**Base Pay: $15/hour** for time worked, independently tracked and reported.

** Client Upgrade Commissions:** Earn additional income when you successfully upgrade clients from basic bartending to expanded services or packages.

** Government Contracts & Grants:** Interested in pursuing larger opportunities? You can also earn additional compensation for researching, preparing, and helping secure government contracts and grants. These projects offer potentially significant additional earnings, with compensation arrangements established according to applicable requirements.

** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**

Honest, dependable, and self-motivated

**Consistently available on Saturdays**

Able to respond promptly to incoming leads

Organized and professional in client communication

Comfortable working independently on the honor system

Reliable access to a smartphone and computer

Interested in earning additional income through commissions

Experience in administrative support, sales, event services, or government contracting is helpful but not required.
