Repair an existing UK Property Letting Agency website

The Current Site ([login to view URL]) has been cloned from another website and whilst functional needs some work to remove errors and get all areas functional (menus working, google map added / links resolved, Property Hive plugin for listing of properties, testimonials able to be edited and changed).

The colours and graphics are there along with most of the content.

I am open to starting with a fresh structure if that is easier.
