We have an exclusive partnership with a dental clinic in Solna, Stockholm. The clinic currently has a yearly turnover of 8 Million SEK but has the capacity for double. Previous marketing attempts with basic Instagram and Facebook ads completely failed because dental care requires a high-trust funnel, not impulse-buy social media ads.

We are looking for a senior Growth Architect / Fractional CMO to completely redesign the patient acquisition strategy from scratch and build a sustainable local funnel.

Key Responsibilities & Strategy:
1. Local SEO & Google Maps: Optimize the clinic's Google Business Profile to rank #1 for high-intent local searches (e.g., "Tandläkare Solna") to capture patients with immediate needs.
2. Google Search Ads (PPC): Set up targeted campaigns for high-ticket services like Implants (Implantat) and invisible braces (Invisalign).
3. B2B Corporate Outreach: Create a strategy to pitch dental health packages to the many large corporate offices in Solna/Arenastaden, leveraging the Swedish tax-free health benefit ("Friskvårdsbidrag").
4. Team Management: Oversee and guide execution-level freelancers (SEO/PPC specialists) if needed.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Growth Architect, Fractional CMO, or Senior Performance Marketer.
• Documented references showcasing measurable results from previous clients.
• Strong understanding of the Swedish market, local SEO, and B2B dynamics.
• Ability to think like a business owner, not just an ad manager.

Compensation Model (Important):
This is a 100% result-based/revenue-share partnership. You will receive a highly generous percentage or flat fee for every new paying patient generated through your strategic funnels or B2B contracts. Since dental treatments have high profit margins, the earning potential is significant for a true expert.
