Research Oman Company Ownership

I’m performing due-diligence on an Omani-registered firm and need someone based in Oman who can pull original, up-to-date ownership information directly from the country’s official registries.

The goal is to map out the company’s complete ownership picture and internal structure. Concretely, I need:

• Verified ownership details drawn from the Oman Ministry of Commerce & Industry (or equivalent source).
• A clear breakdown of the current Board of Directors, key members of the Management Team, and the Departmental hierarchy as recorded in any public filings.
• Scans or registry extracts in Arabic plus an English summary that highlights the essential points.

Please include the registry date on every document and cite exactly where each piece of information was obtained so my client can independently confirm it later. If a detail is not available, note that explicitly rather than leaving a gap.

Experience retrieving corporate records inside Oman is strongly preferred—speed and accuracy are more important than length.
