Duties

The appointee will be required to:

(a) assist in various aspects of work at the reception counter such as making appointments, patient registrations, fee collection and settlement, handling medical records and other related services;

(b) handle face-to-face and telephone enquiries;

(c) assist in administrative duties; and

(d) perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of University Health Service or his/her delegates.

Qualifications

Applicants should have:

(a) Form Five standard;

(b) some relevant work experience preferably in clinical settings;

(c) good communication skills in Chinese and English, with fluency in Putonghua; and

(d) a strong sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skills.

Preference will be given to those with valid and recognised training certificate(s) in clinic operation.

Conditions of Service

A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered. Initial appointment will be on a fixed-term gratuity-bearing contract. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.
