Job Responsibilities

Strategy and Operations Management:** Develop and implement the company's overall operational strategy to drive business growth and expansion.

Analyze industry trends, market demands, and technological development directions to identify opportunities in the new materials field.

Supply Chain and Production Management:** Optimize the supply chain system (procurement, production, inventory, logistics).

Establish an efficient and stable supply chain network to improve delivery capabilities and cost control.

Business Operations and Performance Management:** Establish a key performance indicator (KPI) system (sales, inventory turnover, customer satisfaction, etc.).

Continuously optimize operational efficiency and profitability through data analysis.**

R&D and Product Collaboration:** Collaborate with the R&D team to advance the development of new materials and products.

Drive technological innovation and product commercialization.

eam Management and Organizational Development:** Responsible for cross-departmental team management (operations, supply chain, technical support, etc.).

Build high-performing teams and drive organizational capability improvement.

Job Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree or above, STEM background preferred (electronics, materials science, mechatronics, or related majors)

10+ years of experience in operations management within the manufacturing/high-tech industry

Familiarity with at least two of the following areas:

New materials / Electronic components / Electromechanical components

Supply chain management / Production management / Technical sales support

Preferred experience:

Management experience in high-tech enterprises or startups

Experience in operating from scratch or rapid expansion

Outstanding abilities:

Strategic planning and execution

Data-driven decision-making

Team leadership and cross-departmental collaboration

Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English

Legal working visa in HK
